The Blogger Recognition Award

Thank you, SW, Bethany and Elizabeth L. for awarding me
the Blogger Recognition Award. It was very kind of the three of you. :) I am honoured.

The rules for the award are. . .
•Select 15 other blogs you want to give the award to. Do some digging if you must! Find those blog. You cannot nominate yourself or the person who has nominated you.
•Write a post to show off your award! Give a brief story of how your blog got started, and give a piece or two of advice to new bloggers. Thank whoever nominated you, and provide a link to their blog. List who you've nominated in the post.
•Make sure to attach the award itself! (You can do this by right clicking, saving, and uploading the image attached)
•Comment on each blog and let them know you've nominated them. Provide a link to the award post you created.
•Provide a link to the original post on Edge Of Night. That way, anyone can find the original guidelines and post if needed, and so we can keep it from becoming confusing!

The Story of How My Blog Started
On that blessed day of July 1st 2013, I found Carissa's blog and left a comment calling myself "S. F.". Through her blog I found other brilliant blogs and I began wanting a blog of my own. After sometime, I asked for one, and on October 1st 2013 (I know, I'm being so exact with the dates) my sister Les V. helped me set up "On Solid Ground", and I've been blogging ever since!

Some Advice for Others
When it seems hardest to keep blogging, keep blogging! Just like this quote says, Never Give Up! Take a blog brake if you must, but don't completely give up.

I Nominate
Les V.
Abby
Sarah
Lily Marie
Saphira
Hmm. . .I can't think of any more. Does 15 minus 5 count?

Again, thank you for the award! And all of you who have been awarded, have lots of thrilling fun.
Love, S. F.

ps.--unrelated to the award, but has anyone else ever been reading a book, and than they dream they're reading the book and something happens, so when they wake up they have to try and remember what really happened and what was only part of the dream? Only curious. . .
